The client's request was to create a business model for up-to-date accounting of all business units, to create a reporting model for all business units and to review business parameters at the level of the entire company. The client is presented with accounting models by organizational units (invoice processing, property records, liabilities, personnel record keeping, etc.). In addition to accounting services, the client was presented with the steps in registering business units with regulatory authorities and all tax activities for organizational units.
