For the company Global Company, we created a tax liability management project. It is a production company that sells its products to foreign countries in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Given that most of the production is marketed abroad, the client requested consulting services in the field of tax regulations, in order to fulfill all prescribed obligations according to the regulatory authorities. Proxima consulting analyzed the types of products of Global Company, the tax and customs regulations concerning these products. The client was presented with all legal regulations that affect the company's profit and how it is possible to achieve the highest possible profit, which will be accompanied by an adequate level of company liquidity.
